We ship all orders through Sendle and Australia Post to ensure fast, reliable delivery across Australia.
Standard and express for domestic and international options are available at checkout — both include full tracking straight to your inbox once your order is dispatched.
How long will it take to get my package?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times vary by location:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Australia-wide)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (major cities)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — FYD Apparel ships worldwide.
International orders are sent via Australia Post International or Sendle Global, depending on destination.
Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, excluding customs processing times.
My tracking hasn’t updated what should I do?
Sometimes tracking updates take 24–48 hours after dispatch.
If it hasn’t moved after that time, contact our support team at support@fydapparel.store — we’ll investigate with Sendle or AusPost.
Is buying on-line safe?

Can we do custom T-shirts?
At this time, FYD Apparel focuses on our official collections and limited drops — each piece is designed in-house for quality and exclusivity.
However, for bulk or collaborative projects, we occasionally offer custom printing through our studio.
