RETURNS
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing, or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, our team will make it right.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fydapparel.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, you’ll receive a replacement or store credit once the original item is returned in unused condition.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues on select products.
To request an exchange:

Email returns@fydapparel.store within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, the item name, and the size you’d like instead.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
REFUNDS
Refunds are only approved for:

Incorrect or damaged items.

Missing items verified by our fulfilment team.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Headwear, socks, or undergarments.

Limited edition drops, collaborations, and sale items.
